Yeah & they did all have other things going on at that time, Buffy had her depression & Willow had her addiction. I think that as Dawn got older she realized that the reason they didn't notice her pain wasn't because they didn't love her but because they were wrapped up in the own pain - like in the speech Buffy gave in Earshot

Literally, she definitely grown from the younger actress we saw in 'Real Me' A few of her other roles I've seen her in, like 'Killing Kennedy', I would have a hard time recognizing her right away
