^ Yes and if he ended up dying in the future, I would've loved a similar type heroic death.

Yeah, I can't imagine him going out any other way. He did it without hesitation, accepting it was the way to save all those people

And it's the last way you'd expect him to go out!

It is, he just seemed so at peace with what was going to happen... smiling as he said his goodbye to Angel, & again with Cordelia even though everything they could have been was being ripped away

At least he got to kiss Cordy before the end.

Yeah, I'm so glad that they got that kiss - & even when you take the visions out of it, I think it meant a lot to both of them

^ It did, that was the last memory both would have about each other so it made the impact.

It was, that really was one of the moments that changed everything - but even withouth the visions, I think she still would have remembered it forever. & we know that Doyle's death had a big impact on her

^ Yep she would've always remembered him but I am happy for the visions because Doyle didn't leave a lot behind. So the visions and that tape was all they had of him.

I always wondered what happened to the rest of his stuff. He had an apartment, even if the furniture wasn't his - all his clothes were there, he had some books. I wonder if they ever though to clear it out, or if the told Harri and she cleared it out - or if they just left it until his rent was overdue and the landlord just tossed it all out. It seems horribly sad if they did that - but T.V shows never go into practicalities like that (hence why Cordy just smashes down a wall in her new rented place without checking with anyone)

I can't imagine them leaving it all to be tossed, maybe they found a way to contact his family & let them go through his things?

We can hope! But why would Cordy spend ages looking for Doyle's special coffee cup in the office when she could just go to his house and WEAR one of his shirts? It would even smell like him.
