Actually it's really not, since I don't know many who liked Chappelle at all.

Agreed. Very solid character!
I must be one of the few people who always liked him  But i do have to admit in the first season it was more like 'love to hate'. By season 2 i started liking him legit!  Another great 'human' moment was when he hugs Michelle when Tony had been shot in S3, it was vey awkward but he was really trying  __________________

In the first season, it seemed like Ryan Chappelle was just mostly mentioned as the main guy... the main guy above CTU who the viewers wouldn't like.
