| Elite Fan   | New 24 fans! (A place to discuss the show for new fans) Hey everyone.... I just got into watching 24 last week and a I am so glad I did! I recorded the season finale of season 3, because I always wanted to see the show, and I just basically did it on a whim. I thought it was really good and enjoyed it. So flash foward a few months to last week and I had no cable in my dorm, so I went to blockbuster to rent some movies, but instead I ended up renting the first disc of the first season of 24, because I had the intention all summer to rent the first season to see more of the show. It was soo good, that I ran out the next day to get the next three discs, and then I was so sold on the show, that I acutally bought the season one set, at best buy and was so excited. I watched the last two discs of the season, and even though I knew the big cliffhanger ahead of time (Jack's wife dying) I was not disappointed. I am proud to say that I own 24 season one on DVD, and I really love all the characters, and was really interested to see how the characters reacted in different situations, and even more suprised to see how many people were really working for the bad side. I was really bummed that blockbuster didn't have 24 season 2 to rent. But I went there today and they did! I rented the first 3 discs, but haven't watched them yet. I am reallly excited but have no idea what to expect from the second season, and if it could top the first. My goal is to be caught up in the whole series before season 4 airs, since it dosen't air till January, and season 3 comes out a month before the new season premires, so I can rent it on dvd. | |||

Why dont ya head over to the intro thread and introduce yourself  This thread is actually a great idea for new 24 fans so i'll leave it open  Watching a series for the first time by dvd is so awesome. | haha.. I remember when I finished watching season 2 and season 3 was airing in the states.. I was acctually downloading every season 3 episode.
