Although Jack was going off to the hospital, it's sadly one of his better endings of a season.

In fairness, in Season 3 she was more mature than S1+S2 but kicked off in S5 because her dad had left her. She's grown up in S7+S8, but her Dad's left her again, possibly her life may have been threatened... all I'm saying she could revert back to S5. I'm not saying it will, but the relationship between Kim and Jack won't be as good as S7+S8, that's for sure. It'll probably be not as bad as S5 but not as good as S7+S8. It'll be somewhere between the two...

I think in this case though, she would understand because Kim is the main reason for him returning. Chloe sadness couldn't bring Jack back, it was after that speech that Kim gave Jack, so why would she be mad at Jack, for something that she kind of improved of him going back to? if anything, I'll think she'll feel guilt or sadness.

It would, going back to the beginning... it would be nice if three years from now. They are still together or something, I would hate for Jack to still be on the run three years later, with no contact to Kim and his granddaughter.

I'd imagine that would be the case, sadly. How about this for a Season 10: If at the end of 9 (This is all assuming they want to continue, its popular etc), Jack gets a pardon etc and live with Kim... how about a season 10 set on Christmas Day- that would be something really different! And I can imagine the taglines now: 'Tis the season to be Bauer' 'Guess who's coming to down?' 'Season of good will? Not for him' Stuff like that. Very easy to advertise and would be an interesting concept...

I am that confident. It'll either be a S10 or a movie. The general reaction to it returning is very positive, and if that translates into ratings, I cant see them cancelling it...
