I loved by how Day 8, Jack really knew Chloe completely. I love that scene where Chloe lied to Jack just to get him but Jack knew she lied and he said "I know Chloe..." I just loved it.

God yeah- I forgot that one- he knew it was a setup, which is why she could never be the mole.

I'm surprised you forgot that one and I agree with you, I was thinking that. I think he knows her so well by now and if she was a mole, he'll know. Jack Bauer is just so much smarter and experienced by Day 8. If she was a mole then it would be the best kept secret for sure.

One I can think of from the back of my head, Jack Bauer not being in jail.

Of course 24 fans and myself doesn't believe he should be there but realistically he would have been there...although it would have fail cause he would've found a way to escape. lol

He's a Action Hero though I know that! but come on....lol

In jail for what though? Surely he served his time in China and thats punishment enough for any man?

He's in the US, Jack would have been arrested.

I think even the producers of the show felt that way which is why Season 7 started with Jack in trail...

In real life people get arrested for drugs or robbery so of course Jack would have been arrested for a long period since in the US you are not suppose to torture people...
Even though we understand Jack Bauer reasoning, cause it gets the answers and he has to go to extreme measures to get answers but he would have been arrested, plain and simple. Even Kiefer got arrested.

so surely Jack would ....

I don't really need to explain anything cause a lot of facts are still their.

Some stuff that would automatically put him in jail
He broke basically ever law in the US.

he's killed, tortured +

Jack does all of this to say the world but some times stupid things happened and no matter what Jack reasoning is, he would be arrested. It's obvious that US does stupid stuff...like a lot of people voting to have Bush in office for more then one [5 year] term

...really though...he would be.
