I know he cared for her a whole lot... but his actions showed that deep down he did fall in love with her.

Can I say I loved that mention so much for Jack/Renee fans! and I loved it in general, even if she wasn't mentioned by name... you knew who Jack was talking about.

I love the mention cause I keep saying all along, just because Audrey is back, it doesn't cheapened what Jack had with Renee... just like what Jack/Audrey had doesn't cheapened how he felt about his wife Teri, all relationships happened at different times and none really having closure.

Yeah it was good. I visit the homepage of the forum daily, so when I saw this thread I was like 'Has Renee done a Tony?!?'

but it was a nice moment. I think he had feelings for her, but I still think that his rampage was like the final straw against a system that he protects, and that constantly takes everything he cares about. He would have gone just as nuts if Chloe had been shot, y'know, so I'm still unconvinced it was love... it was more like the final straw...

Guess what's amazing? when I brought this thread back up, I assume that you'd be vising the homepage and wonder why this thread was brought back up and I wanted you to stay strong and avoid the spoilers, although the Renee mention wasn't that big of a mention.

I still don't know what it was.

if there's anything I disliked about how the Jack/Renee relationship was handled, is that they didn't really know each other longer then two days. I really wish the writers established them being friends or talking outside of what we saw. I knew Jack tried to contact her after Day 7 though.

I do believe Jack rampage was his final straw but I do think he was really starting to care deeply for Renee, and to lose yet another possible love, man that had to be tough.
