Yep that's what I liked the best too, he trusted Jack completely. He even put Kim above his own presidency in S. 1 for Jack.

As much as I hated Logan, Keeler was worse. He blackmailed Palmer and basically stole the presidency. I couldn't believe that.

Palmer's death was so sad, and Jack told Wayne he'd give his life for Palmer's, that was so bittersweet. But I did love when Jack found the shooter and just said "you killed David Palmer?" and then shot him.

Dennis Haysbert has such an authoritative voice. I heard rumors about a new Star Trek movie and I hope they cast him as a captain.

You're right Logan is just AWFUL! I can't believe he actually let someone shoot David, what a jerk! I loved the moment when he's taken away from Martha and Nick at David's procession and they both have these smiles on their faces! So good!

He does have the best voice, it's so commanding. He very rarely has to yell.

One of the best Jack quotes: "David Palmer was a great man and a great president, but he was also my friend. He tried to warn me about you and now he is dead. Other people tried to help me and they are dead. So Mr. Logan, I really have nothing left to lose."

I'm really going to miss their friendship.

I would love it if he were in the new Star Trek (I'd see it just for him) but didn't they cast Matt Damon as captain? I think Dennis would be better

Ok before you said about Keeler being the worst I assumed you had seen season 5 with your eyes closed

oh Logan made me feel sick. I'm glad he got what he deserved.

Keeler might have been a jerk for blackmailing Palmer out of his job but in season 4, he was actually trying to fix whatever problems CTU had to deal with. Logan WAS the problem. You know he's a terrible president with his lack of backbone and the fact he was helping the terrorists. But Gregory Itzin does a good job making you hate him to death. The little mannerisms and expressions he adds to the character go a long way.

I agree, Gregory Itzin was amazing, I can't believe he didn't win the Emmy because he's really good.

Logan was awful, just the worst. But above all, he was just weak as hell. Palmer would never have sunk that low, never. He would handle the situation so well, and with class, like he did with every crisis. Palmer's main concern everytime was not creating a mass panic throughout the public, and what does Logan do? He decides to put armies on the street and impose curfews? Smart.

Logan had no real idea what to do, he would be asking others to make decisions for him. Palmer was very hands on and quick at making decisions.

Yeah, Palmer was so much better than Logan, at everything. It was so easy to manipulate Logan, whereas with Palmer? Sherry tried to manipulate him so much and it never worked, he was too smart for that.

Sherry was so stupid! I hated her, the worst was when she wanted to marry David again

I'm so glad she was that stupid and got herself killed, when that happened I was like "finally he's free of her!"

She was never as smart as he was, he always caught her in a lie, one way or another.
