1.Because he caught a mole in 20 seconds.
2.Because he shot the henchman who was about to kill Teri.
3.Because he's one of the few people Jack trusts.
4.Because when the boss gets in the way, he'll "take him out of play".
5.Because he wanted to take the full blame for drugging Chappelle.
6.Because he would try and protect a wounded Castle, even if it meant putting himself in harm's way.
7. Because he is smart enough to leave a trail for Jack to find.
8.Because he is the best point man around.
9.Because he's not willing to sacrifice his wife.
10.Because he's still a worthy opponent, even if his hands are handcuffed behind his back.
11.Because he is soooo hot.
12.Because he helped fake Jack's death.
13.Because he will give his opinion whether the boss wants to hear it or not.
14.Because he gave away his freedom to save the life of his wife.
15.Because the chair belongs to him, and he has the guts to claim it in the end of the day.

(I'm asking coz lookin at the pics you've just posted Annie, I realize he looks so HOT on each season, it's almost impossible for me to choose

Hum, very tough question.
I love Tony in season 2. I think it's when he looks the hottest

But again, it's a very difficult question because right now I feel like saying that he also is great on season 3, and that makes me think that he's awesome in season 4. And we haven't seen him a lot in season 5.
I don't really know what to say lol.
But I think my favorite is season 2.

I can't decide either. He was so cool in both seasons, 2 and 3. I think I'd vote for season 2, because of his badass glasses

Here is a little Carlos news nothing to do with 24 but he is doing a horror movie ,most likly already finished .

I want good Tony too - but you can even see Tony's bad in that picture by the curl in his lip and how he's acting.
