Renee Walker is a FBI agent that didn't take warmly to Jack Bauer at first. She was introduced during season seven of this series.

By the end of those episodes, however, she realized that Jack was right: you need to go to extremes in order to get information sometimes. As a result of this ****ft it attitude, Renee is almost a female version of Jack heading into season eight.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, American actress Annie Wersching is popularly known as TV producer Amelia Joffe in the soap drama General Hospital. Annie began performing at an early age, playing the part of a Jellicle cat in her fourth grade. Since then and up until her days in Chicago, she spent her years appearing on stage.

Wersching has traveled the country performing in theatre festivals and venues such as Victory Gardens, Marriott Lincolnshire, Utah Shakespearean Festival. In 2002, Annie transitioned from the world of theatre acting into being an on-camera talent. She made guest appearances in popular TV series such as Cold Case, Frasier, Supernatural, Charmed, Journeyman, and Boston Legal.

In February 2007, Annie started working on ABC's daytime soap General Hospital. In Fall that same year, she left the show after she was cast as a series regular in the 7th season of the highly-rated FOX action drama 24.

niki is still away thus hasn't seen the new episodes . I really like the way she has already adapted the Bauer style .The way she went as far as she did in the hospital . That was classic Bauer 100%. She got the information out of the guy !!

2009 Star To Watch: 24’s Annie Wersching the TV addict

Anybody who caught Annie Wersching as GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Amelia — aka the producer who sought revenge against Kelly Monaco’s Sam by, um, making her a star (even for a soap, that one didn’t make much sense!) — could see that this woman’s star was on the rise. As 24’s FBI agent Renee Walker, the wildly talented Wersching immediately eclipses pretty much everyone else on the screen, which ain’t an easy thing to do given the caliber of talent that show has on board. Better still, it looks like Wersching will be getting a whole lot of air time, as the show immediately makes her a reluctant sidekick to everybody’s favorite torturer, Jack Bauer. While we’re not overly impressed with what we’ve seen of the new season — which suffers from a major case of the “been there, done that” blues — Wersching is the kind of fresh blood that pumps new life into a series and keeps you comin’ back for more.

Having seen a few newer photos /screen shots . tonight also is pretty big scene as far as her and Jack closing up the storyline ,meaning putting everybody in there place good guys bad guys .
