Well I didn't mind the less of Will this episode because he got a lot more in the last couple of episodes.

true there's not much story to Will so far in the show, apart from him having a liking for Alicia.

I think in time we'll get more of Will's story. Some other characters also haven't really been getting proper storylines yet since they've been focusing on the Alicia/Peter thing.
