Aha that's a good question!! I'm in trouble answering that after reading fanfictions where thei're romantically involved. But however this is not the case.
I think It's a bit of curiosity (not concern yet IMO)after she's taken the decision about Alicia's bonus so abruptly. He might be a little bit jealous too, but sure not in a romantic way, two very close partner how they have been in the last episodes might feel something like possessiveness.
Envy? Imo that will be.

I wondered that too, and Euge got an answer about it from JC. Imo, he envies her having that moment (her personal moment) just after being so efficient at holding the firm together. Like he was thinking “so it is possible to have a life besides being successful at work”. But not malicious envy, just picturing the possibility of having both: work and a life outside work.

That's exactly what I was going to say Diane has now both (a love life and her job) and Will neither of them. He is suspended and he has not Tammy or Alicia anymore. Besides that, I think he is a little worried because right now Diane is carrying the pants of the firm and she doesn't need a (or two actually) distraction right now.

Alicia broke up with him and now in some way is flirting with him. Peter wants to run for Governor. Eli wants Alicia and Peter together for the campaign. Alicia thinks to eventually buy her old house ( is not going to happen).

You know, you are right, I don't know anything anymore, the Kings, Ausiello and the cast have said so many things that I don't know what to think. It's a good thing, I think, I want to be surprised, you know, I don't want to suspect or know what's going to happen.

I think you may be right. I honestly wasn't sure about the meaning of that. But then men in general have more trouble managing both worlds. They don't have the ability to multi-task such different sides of the brain.

I don't know in general, but with Will in particular, his professional side of the brain, was...his whole brain, and the personal side was like with the switch in OFF. I hope this change soon.
