Well, it is not clear if it was just that judge but for sure some bribing is there (Peter said it since the beginning). Childs was trying to persuade the judge that Peter was one of those, pressing the Amber button. In last episode we discovered that Peter was paying Amber by himself so that was a strange kind of bribing...
I'm sure in the re-trial we'll have more on this or maybe Childs has already exploited it (his interestes was linking it to Peter, i'm not sure he wants to uncover hookers bribing for morality reasons)

I was wondering the same thing as well, I at first I felt that he knew and was trying to move Kalinda away from it. But his facial expressions made it seem as if he had no idea.:confused:

Let's say that Kalinda knows about some judges and lawyer and the corruption plan. She was working for Childs so either she kept everything for herself (seems strange) or she actually told her discoveries to Childs and he did nothing, because Judsge Winter was still there.

Cuesta and Abernathy are my favorite because Cuesta is so mean and Abernathy is so soft. :D

If I'm not mistaken, Robert King said they wanted to bring Tony Goldwyn back on the show. I'm not sure how he could be back as a judge after Lifeguard but I liked his dynamic with Will and I love Goldwyn so I can't wait to see how they get that one done.
He's on stage right now with Sean Hayes and Kristin Chenoweth but I think it's a limited engagement so he should be free in July... or they could work around it like they did with Karen and The Carp
