I like her fics. They are not about the sex or just getting A/K to kiss or something, they are about the characters. Even non shippers can enjoy them (provided they like Alicia and Kalinda )

I wish I had the time to complete my old Kalinda-Eli first meeting fic before the show gets them together... why is time going by so fast these days?

as always I have my whole dialog but it's bare bones and I only wrote narration for about half of it. So it might be still feasible but I'm not sure I'll have the time before the damn show takes the canon away from me again

I am having the same issue, I have a couple of fics that need to be completed before the canon is affected. Why do I have an issue with my fics being in canon?

I don't know. I keep wondering myself. I mean it's fanfic anyway, right? And if the writers can bend the rules, why can't we?

yeah but even though I'm happy if my fics make people happy, I kinda write for myself, you know? If I don't like what I wrote, it's no consolation if others do. It's my selfish side

Totally. The feedback encourages me to finish, but I actually write because these story ideas are floating around in my head and I need to get them down on paper. Once I write them out, I stop replaying the story and can usually go on with my life, haha.
