Summary

I did. Apparently in police circles, it can refer to the act of prosecuting someone wrongfully accused or a gun that shady cops carry to be planted on unarmed suspects.

When asked about it at the Harvard, Archie said it was a "juicy episode"

I'm not going to ask what else it is used to refer to. Too many bad memories of Urban Dictionary. Blergh. I don't know how they came up with this title. Maybe it is a common colloquialism and the writers decided to show off a little inside baseball knowledge.

One can only hope. If I was at CBS, I would promote the hell out of this episode, since it comes after such a long hiatus so a couple of previews spread out over the week wouldn't have been out of the question but who knows if we'll even get one?
