Peter finds himself in danger of going back to jail
after he chases Alicia out of the apartment,

Yeah, I do hope we first see the dinner and then the fight, with the dinner serving as catalyst

I don't think the dinner will be first...
Peter running after Alicia into the street is right after the phone call with Will.
But we might get another one afterwards

I'm not sure we'll have a fight right after the "trespassing", the kids, the sherif and other things that the promo doesn't show. Then I suppose we'll have the case. I can see the convo in between.

There is definitely a case in this episode and believe it involves the neighbor lurking in the background ( think this is described in press release?)

These promos are great teasers... could it be when alicia is on the phone sounding desperate..." they will arrest Peter in 20 min.".. could she be talking to Will to get a lawyer over quickly... Eli's role is different. One clue is that there is a scene with the police/sherrif who comes to the door, and note, there is a woman with long red hair standing opp him with her back to the camera.. is that Carrie Preston -playing a lawyer who is on cast list for MOCK?

I do not think there is time to squeeze in a dinner in this episode... and who knows if they will be able to squeeze in a convo between P/A...that will be frustrating again!!!

Time is running out, we don't have much screentime left, so if something is neede to be told, it's now or never. Excluding the finale, we have three episodes.
Unless they want to leave almost everything regarding Alicia and Peter (in any capacity) for the second season and they'll drag this thing adding the contest, the trial and whatever decison Alicia will make for her future.

I really don't know what it takes to make these two talking... really, I don't know where the writers are leading us.

ITA/// one of my issues with the show ( a small quibble as overall I love it) is that they cram so much in, I find I am waiting for these tidbits to wrap up certain plotlines ( and I do like the cases )...maybe when they go over to 60/40 personal /professional ( they said this at Paley event, it will be easier to get everything in.

Oh that's true, she's STILL on the phone when they run back inside, could be Will, yeah

I really do not think she is talking to Will because when Peter comes down I think she is off the phone, and then when Peter tells her "I love you" she has not phone in he hand, which means that she calls somebody on her way up. I mean she could have called Will back but I do not think the conversation when she is getting the cab is the same as when she on the phone running with Peter upstairs!
