Episode 1.17 - Heart Airdate: March 16th, 2010 Writers: Director:  An emergency courtroom was set up in the middle of a hospital, and Alicia and Will have to battle Patti Nyholm and an insurance company, who refuses to pay the client for a life-saving in-utero surgery. Meanwhile, Alicia gives Peter a proper welcome home. __________________

In ep7 a two years old case was mentioned in which a baby died because SLG intentionly delayed the trial so the insurance company they reprensented could pay less. Will was the chief legisgator in that case. I wonder if this episode's insurance company has anything to do with that. (which could explain the vulnurability he showed in the promo.) And yes I'm just guessing around and racking my brains cuz I can't bear to wait any longer.   Patti? That Patti? Thought she was in the family way.
