This was cut off from S1E18 (the episode after "Heart" where Alicia and Will were supposed to have dinner)

This version of the fight was more intense and look how she says "I am finished, I am done" and "My turn to be selfish, don't wait up".

I think you could say that they might hate each other, but the hate comes directly from love. Will's never been that mad or hurt and I doubt Will is going to hate the other rebels as much as he hates/the way he hates Alicia. It's kind of blurring the lines between love and hate, and that's the only way for them to truly end up together, it's midnight here so just ignore me it I don't make sense.
