Today, I saw a piece of news about an actress who's been cast as recurring in Detroit 1-8-7 and they were saying she's working on the Common Law pilot for USA with Michael Ealy so apparently this is still on even though Michael is also in another pilot for ABC with Amy Acker.

Depends on the schedule and the contract they have with the actors. Most likely the network wins over cable. I don't know. I hope for Common Law to win though.
