Seriously! And I know Gary is a busy man (hell, he's got like 5 things in post-production right now ) but that's not an excuse if they really wanted to have him at least for a couple of episodes a season.

Yeah, they just couldn't fit him in in the first part of the season I guess, sadly that also meant no real storyline for Diane. Another reason why Will's really missing from the show

Well, it makes more sense when you know they've been chasing an Emmy since they got a surprise nomination in S1. They're just not sure how others do it so they'll try anything.
