Let's see:
-Kurt coming over the office and asking Diane to help
-Diane/Kurt/Kalinda/Alicia discussing the case
-Diane/Kurt trying to find an expert
-Diane/Kurt in the lab
-The trial
-Kiss during recess
-Diane goes to the lab to tell him there was a mistake
-The proposal
-Diane brushes Tommy off while Kurt's gloating
-The ending with kiss and "You're my hero"

Have I missed something?

We could split that up in two: the part with the conference room and outside the office and the part in the office since technically it is two scenes.
