you can tell, cast and character. he was definitely the shining light.

but that's sometimes often when a major, original cast member departs, there's definitely an empty spot.

and the way it happened, it was os final, there was no going back. there was no reappearing of Will Gardner ever again. That's what's making ti so hard.

The first couple of episodes after his death I was like...well, maybe this could be good thing, cause there were good storylines going on, but S6 was just weak compared to the other seasons, though that also had lots to do with the increased focus on politics.

Yup yup. Like they could have pulled it off, there was potential. But they isolated Alicia even more from Cary and Diane and that was a mistake.

Yup, the biggest. TGW strongest quality has always been the ensemble and the chemistry they have. S6 was just too much Alicia. Her going for SA could have worked. I got her reasoning. It's just that they lost the focus of the law. I loved the politics in the early seasons, because they knew how to combine the two so much. It was so well written. I'm glad that the law is more active again in the current season, though I must admit the first 10-11 episodes were a joke...with Peter going for president. Wow.

Such a joke to make Peter run for POTUS, never heard anything so stupid in my life honestly. This season is a lost of opportunity, they knew it was the last season you would think they will get into gear giving A/D/C more interactions but nope.
