add me.. I sense somewhat tension in the beginning, 'cause on the previews shows some agitation from Diane, but in that other scene with 'Men can be lazy, women can't and I think that goes double for you' you sense kind of a good vibe between these 2.. I hope she's someone she can build on

Not sure. I guess although she didn't work long Alicia knows what she is doing but still she is just a first year Associate, I think that could lead to a confrontation between those two at some point

At first I don't think Alicia will like the way Diane approaches her, but I hope after they get to know each other better they'll understand each other better.
