I like Cary on season 1..but when he lost to Alicia and went to the opponent, and always been tough to Alicia..I started to dislike him. (Sorry, I'm Team Alicia )
But lately I'm starting to like him again..esp when he finds out about what happened between Peter and Kalinda...I saw his concern..that he felt sorry for Alicia. The scene when Cary finds out about it and talked to Kalinda and he said that he should tell her..I felt his concern..idk if that's concern is for Kalinda or for Alicia..but I can say that he felt pity for Alicia. I just hope they'd be friends again..or just be ok just like before when they're still working together.

... and then turned into an a**hole again in last week's episode. Cary was walking a fine like last season between weasel and nice guy. He was human and sometimes likable, sometimes less. This season, it's like he's schizophrenic! One episode he's a total jerk for no reason, the next he's Mr Nice Guy (with Kalinda mostly) and then back to Mr Douche. I have no idea what they are doing with poor Cary.

If only he could back to the firm, that would solve so much. But apparently they want to keep him on the SA's office

That's the right word to describe his character..schizo!
I just hope they change it bec it's not helping at all...I hope they show us some real emotions from him...a real human being..not just some jerk or a**hole.
