There are definitely a few. I thought it's kind of cool how you should kill a member of The Hand. They need to die with their heads cut off. Yikes.

I don't think Alexandra will be back. They destroyed the tunnel in episode 8 and Elektra killed her good.

I was on ep 6 and had not known about the tunnel, too funny while Alex was speaking Elektra was like chop!!! STFU I'm in charge now

its been known to happen on shows with characters coming back head cut off and all but now I feel confident she wont return

I would definitely love to see Sigourney Weaver back on the show too, a resurrected version of Alexandra.

They do kind of have this eerie relationship. It's like she's making Elektra alive by keeping the memory of her dead daughter alive through her.

she wasn't a very great mother figure, though. just using her and making her do all those things, plus trying to erase her past

The Hand didn't even see Elektra as human being..

I'm glad Alexandra wasn't successful and died as a result. Gao (and the others like Bakuto) are probably better The Hand leaders than her.

I mean in terms of handling the organization. It was Alexandra's idea to use a "weapon" to fight off The Defenders when she was secretly also using Elektra as a memory of her daughter. Yikes. At least that's how I saw it.

yeah, I guess she was kinda blindsided by her feelings too. and didn't plan for Elektra getting her memories back, and when she did, she'd turn on her immediately. she's such a free spirit and so many people had wanted to use her for all kinds of reasons but she couldn't take it anymore

I also thought that maybe Alexandra succeeded and that Elektra really can't remember anything at all. I'm assuming she trained her for a very long time too.

Elektra had been playing her for some time, I think right after she faced Matt for the first time

she slowly got her memories back and waited for the right moment to take over

I agree that it was probably the moment where she faced Matt for the first time that she finally decided to end all of this.
