And selfish. She's beginning to remind me of Willow in Buffy, particularly season 6 Buffy. And I hate season 6 Willow.

Yeah, they really messed her up. I used to like Trish, but not the way they made her in season 2.

I don't think her intentions are always good. A lot of the time during the season she's just trying to get drugs or superpowers for herself.

^ exactly! She says it's to save people, but it was just so she could win powers

I'll post my thoughts on the episode threads when I can get them all together, but I have tons of mixed feelings towards the season. __________________

I agree, she doesn't deserve what she got. And they did ruin a good character. Not a fan of her season 2 storyline.

it really does her dirty and it's not exactly how a future hero's arc should begin

I wasn't a fan at all of her storyline
I really wanted Trish to become Hellcat but the way it was done was completely wrong... I'm not really into the comics so not sure how she came to have powers, but she was unbearable and very hypocrite in this season to justify wanting to be a hero. Also didn't like how Jessica and her mother storyline went... it was just very cliche even though a hard time for her.... I think that's why I didn't like the season so much, I could empathize with Alisa, but just couldn't care enough about her rages and behavior __________________

I liked the storyline with Jessica's mother, but not the one with Trish. I don't think the storyline with Jessica's mother was on the overall cliche at all. I think it was quite unusual.

I wasn't a huge fan of Jess and her mother's journey either but I think it was showed that Jess was really scarred by the accident and not having a real family most of her life, and how badly she wanted to have one again. Alisa wasn't near perfect but like the investigator said, you only get one mother, something's always gonna pull you to her, especially since she lost her family a long time ago I think Jess' decision to run away with her mom was also a very rushed one but given her situation who could've thought clearly? I think her mother's shown that she really wanted the best for her daughter when she decided to just stop and let the cops catch up to them, even though Jess was in danger still. and honestly, I'm not sure if Trish had made the right decision by killing Alisa or not but I do know that she felt like it was the only way to save Jess even if it destroyed things between them __________________
