She's very good. So good she even gets me past the change they inserted of Elektra being adapted rather than born Greek. Jennifer Garner couldn't get the Greek part right and got the personality wrong too. Elodie gets the personality spot on.

the DD movie had so many flaws, though back when I was a kid and didn't know anything about comic I liked it a lot

now it's awesome to see a real authentic portrayal

There were a number of things the DD movie got better than the show. The casting for Daredevil himself -Charlie Cox is totally wrong in the role, though not as bad as Finn Jones. He's a bland, posh English actor playing an intense, working class Irish-American. It doesn't work. And the Kingpin -Vincent D'Onofrio is terrible in the role and the writing for the Kingpin is all wrong, this misguided attempt to humanize him. Michael Clarke Duncan's version was much better. That was a villain I could fear, not like Vincent's whiney, depressed, run-down version.

I really liked MCC as Kingpin as well

but I think Charlie's done great things with the character too. Affleck sure wasn't my problem in the film, which he is now in the Batman films

I just don't think Cox has what it takes to be Daredevil. He's much better than Finn Jones as Iron Fist, but he falls far short of the magic worked by some of the actors in their Netflix MCU roles, such as Mike Colter, Krysten Ritter, Elodie Yung, Jon Bernthal, Rosario Dawson and Jessica Henwick.

I liked Ben Affleck as Daredevil and I think his Batman is the best yet. Granted I'm not a huge fan of Batman, but I think he's made something good of the character.

Well I never got used to Michael Keaton as Batman. To me, he's too ordinary and nice to be Batman. Batman is supposed to be this incredible guy. Affleck is the only Batman that's worked for me yet.
