Possible Board Closure Discussion: Please Read and Respond!
 

I have been giving this a lot of thought, and I think that it may be time to close this board. Our post counts have been declining over the past few months and there are very few regular posters. As you know, Fan Forum requires that we average at least 15 posts per day, with lower numbers than that leading to warnings and then possible closure of the board. I would prefer to go out under our own terms rather than be forced to close due to low post counts.

Please let me know what you think. I'd be glad to hear any suggestions or advice to renew interest here. Remember that to keep the board going, we need the commitment of a few regular, dedicated posters. As much as I love this board, please don't just post to "save" the board and then disappear again, because we'll be in the same position that we're in now if you do.

I believe that with a little support and perhaps a posting challenge to boost up your count. I don't mind posting here everyday when I come on here to help you. Just say the words :hug: I know you would do the same for me!!

This board has always struggled and been kept alive by the game threads and asking for support on the please help my board is slow thread.

For the most part, it's just Donna and myself posting regularly. We only have two episodes left of the season with no word on a season 3. My interest in the show is dwindling. :(

If there are posters truly interested in the show that want to post, I'll continue to work to keep it open. It's just been really hard without having engagement.

I understand that. Posters finding it difficult to post on here when it's slow traffic. :no:

I will gladly do as much posting as I can to help you. I was hoping that you would have had a co-mod with you to help you keep this board strong but unfortunately not :no:
I'm not keen on the show personally so the majority of my posting on here would be on the game threads.
Let's see what other posters think and then make your decision :hug:

I like the show, but I don't even know that I'll watch next season, you unfortunately, I think you should. :-/

I'll post on the thread for the discussion on the tv board.

We have decided to close the board on Sunday, but I do really love all of the support I have received.

It's been a great board to be involved with since the beginning.
