Wait until you see 2.2. She's all over Trace. I believe it's clearly established while she's not going to come directly in between Trace and Abby, we are still going there with drama. Abby was jealous and even said as much in last night's episode. I hope Trace handles it properly. If you ask me, the second she hovered and got so close to him in last night's episode, I thought he should have told her to GTFO for good. He doesn't need her for his music and he already knows Abby has shown some jealousy. Don't blow it, Trace.

LOL It is, indeed. I've texted back and forth with my nieces and autocorrect screws me with words that come out that really sound terrible and they laugh and laugh.

I just checked the ratings for 2.1. They were good ratings, even better than the finale of 1. I am not sure about the ratings for 2.2 yet. They might wait for Canada? I am not sure how ratings work, especially on this network.

Chesapeake Shores 2.2 Pasts and Presents

What I don't love? Leigh. I want her gone.

I don't think that anyone who watches this show wants Leigh there.

I did find it cute that Abby was jealous and said as much

I think there's some foreshadowing in this episode that Jess and David might become an item eventually.

I hope not. I see absolutely no chemistry between those two.

I loathe Martin. He's such a freaken tool. How dare that pig tell Bree she doesn't know how to write for women. He's such an a$$.

I loved it because I know this is what will make Bree go back to Chesapeake Shores. She doesn't need that a$$ and he made her realize as much in this moment.

I knew that Bree would return to Chesapeake Shores even before her issues with Martin and the play. It is Hallmark's MO to have the character return to the big city and find out how much happier they are in the quaint little town. lol

See, this is why I could never dislike Gran. Jess and Gran have a sweet relationship together.

I liked Gran this episode as well. She knew just what to do to manipulate all the situations to make them positive.

Gran telling Jess to let go of the pain and embrace the joy in her life was such a perfect little speech.

This little speech was kind of a hint that something is going on with Gran. She more or less was telling Jess to enjoy life while she can.

Such a cute moment between future sister-in-law, Jess and Trace. I love how Trace says yes before Jess even asks for the favor. So cute!

That was adorable, although Trace just wanted Jess to get it out already!! lol

Mick, you better change your mind about the club!

Of course he did!

That last Abby/Trace scene when Trace tells her Mick changed his mind was so beautiful.

They have some sweet moments and I'm glad it's not too much too soon.

Stone cold interaction between Mick and Thomas at the end. Man, what is their history precisely?

Don't know, but it was nice seeing Julian's dad! lol

I really like that conversation with Kevin and Megan. It’s great seeing her trying with her kids. Their reticence makes total sense. But, its one step forward, two steps back with them.
So, Leigh is no longer wearing dreads. She is also clearly digging on Trace. She wants him out of Chesapeake shores and away from Abby. Trace needs to tell her to back the **** off. Stop touching him girl!

I really am loving the shift in Trace and his father’s relationship.

Trace has to handle this properly. He already knows Leigh wants him back not only professionally but romantically too. She's an ex. Boundaries should be strongly drawn.
