I keep thinking about our very own USMNT playing France right before WC and we even received a point. They had all their big players playing too.

100% disgusted with the Wimbledon coverage. I cannot believe there are TWO ESPN channels airing right now and we are stuck seeing Nadal on one and Federer on another. I mean, that's fine if there's nothing else on but John Isner starts at 11:30 AM CT and if we don't get to see his entire match it will be maddening.

I am already ready to say goodbye to the NBA since it's a joke of a league with players forming "groups" to play on certain teams. It is nothing like other sports such as hockey, football and baseball. I will stop watching tennis too if the coverage is going to be like this.

I have huge issues with ESPN in general since they talk about two sports only... NBA basketball and NFL football. No hockey or baseball at all, let alone soccer. It barely even covers college sports and as we know, college sports are huge in this country. Well, I should say it covers once again college basketball and college football, but zero baseball, hockey or any other of our college sports.

Good news though... Kevin Anderson of South Africa just defeated Roger Federer. Good for him and also for people who want to actually watch a well-rounded coverage.

I'm not going to say much during the England/Croatia game. I'm basically talking to myself for one, and two, I have a big meeting at work at 3:30 so I'll be watching from work on my little TV in my office.

Is the meeting in person or it's a video one? I mean would you be able to watch while being in a meeting.

Btw bad news for you. I read somewhere that based on the trends France's road in this World Cup resembles a bit their road in 1998 and they became champions.

Sorry that I can't participate a lot in the games now due to my low traffic . It would have been better if I was able.

It's an in person meeting but doesn't start until probably most if not all the game is completed. Game starts at 1 PM CT (in 50 minutes), meeting is at 3:30 PM CT so unless it goes into a super long, drawn out shoot out, I should see all of the game in my office.

Meeting is about the big research project with the Chicago people. It should be around two hours, give or take.
