Oh absolutely. It’s a rivalry game, they know each other probably too well. There will be nerves and fear of making a critical mistake. Should be interesting.

Exactly! I don't expect a lot of goals. Players know each other quite well because they also have played together in their club teams. I expect most of the game to happen in the middle. I also expect quite rough game from the defense as Spain has Ramos and Portugal has Pepe. So the few times one of the team approaches the goalkeeper, there will be lots of diving.

When I hear Spanish in interviews and there’s subtitles I barely have to look at the subs because I understand what is being said. Portuguese sounds so different. I had to read the subs the entire time he was speaking. Sounds so different than Spanish!

Did you see the interaction between Ramos and Ronaldo btw? Is it me or Ramos was a lot more genuine wishing luck to Ronaldo compared to Ronaldo. Ramos also stayed and paid his respect to referees. Something Ronaldo did not do as it seems.
