The bottom line is this:

We need 4/6 points to for sure secure the third and final spot which automatically gets us to WC. We still can get there placing 4th with the playoff game. Going for an automatic birth, the key is taking control and getting those 4 points. It's actually very possible we get 6 points but let's not think about that. Take it one game at a time. We win at home this coming Friday and would need a draw away against a team that is not very good. Still, I don't want to have to go to that final game away feeling desperate needing those 3 points for that 3rd place spot either. Get the win at home and secure some slight breathing room for that final (away) game.

It would be easy to get those points. The problem is that we don't know what US team is going to come on the field...not talking players..just talking heart and performance.

The Green Bay/Adams concussion one? Apparently he spent the night in the hospital but was released. No major damage minus a concussion which is bad enough but honestly, when he was hit and was so still on the ground I wondered initially if he was paralyzed. It was horrible. I watched it live and when I heard that pop, my jaw fell to the floor. He was hit so hard in the head his mouthpiece popped out.

Any injuries the main players are battling right now?

It appears as if Morris is slowly coming back from injury. Is he going to travel with the team?

Man I hope Bruce has them ready. I am already nervous for Friday.

Don't like the Wondo addition but who knows, either he doesn't see the field or he might surprise us with a nice goal. He's a streaky player. We will see, hopefully we won't have to use him.

USA Easily Takes Presidents Cup in Golf

The depth of the Americans (many young, average, older players) is phenomenal. The young core are all friends and cheer for and support each other too. It's really unique.
