| hello all Name: Skyla Location: San Diego Age: 25 Fan of Everwood since: 2002... the first episode i saw was "The Doctor Is In" so whenever that first aired. Favorite Everwood Character : so many to choose from... Ephram, Amy, and Andy but i love Edna, Bright, Hannah, and Nina too. I love Everwood because: i love the characters and the place they live in... it just has an amazing and unique quality to it that i hadn't seen on other shows... it just drew me in the way it was based on these family structures that weren't always perfect. it was nice too to actually see the parents lives and what they were going through as well and i loved that it was like it was a great story i was being told on how living in a simplistic place like that could change your whole view on life so you could find what was really important. it was just a great show. Other shows addiction: Roswell, Smallville, Grey's, Buffy, Days, Passions, Angel, G.G., D.C., Desperate Housewives, and OTH. Ships (Everwood and other shows): Amy and Ephram, Hannah and Bright, Max and Liz (roswell) Maria and Michael (roswell) Lois and Clark (smallville) Sami and Lucas (days) Brooke and Lucas (oth) What you need to know about me: i love to write, sing, i love almost all the shows that were on The WB (hence the name) and i'm pretty much obsessed with Roswell and everything pertaining to it __________________  RIP Daddy...I love you so!!! | OK new to the board (talk about fashionably late) It is a year since everwood ended and I stumbled upon you quite by accident while searching Multi Media. THe site is Great!! is it obvious how much work gets put into it... So here goes all about me. Name: Nik Location: ontario canada Age: Old (and yet the older we are, the more we seem to fall for the Teen directed dramas on the WB... its sad really LOL) Fan of Everwood since: THe first episode... although it was weird because up here they aired the pilot, then shuffled things around to make room for it... so i missed an epi or two in there before it found a real home. Favorite Everwood Character : This is a toughie, because I love them all, they each bring their own unique magic to the show, although I think if i HAD to choose It would be a tie between Amy, and Ephram I love Everwood because: Because it is the kind of show that the whole family can watch, it deals with the family values, but also the real life issues that teens and adults face, without preaching or stuffing the lessons down our throats. I can sit with my kids and watch this, and not worry that there will be raunchy sex scenes popping up where they are unnecessary, and I like that. Other shows addiction : OK... Here is where everyone laughs... LOL Passions TOTALLY addicted, though to be honest havent watched in about a week or two because the writers have given up in the face of their impending cancellation and made some REALLY stupid mistakes. (like making the Main character wear the same wedding dress to her wedding to her NON soulmate, that she was wearing 6 years ago at her interrupted wedding to her soulmate GRR) ok enough about that rant though... LOL Greys anatomy... CANT miss an epi!! Gilmore, Smallville... Heroes, Prison Break and House but to a lesser degree. Ships (Everwood and other shows): Ephram/Amy, Bright/Hannah, Rory/Logan, Lorelai/Luke, Ethan/Theresa, Kay/Miguel, Mer/Der, Izzie/Denny, Izzie George, Clark/Lana, Michael/Sarah What you need to know about me: I am an avid Vidder and LOVE to set the scenes to all sorts of Music, which at this point 90% is ET, but i have done one or two others. If anyone is interested in seeing some of my stuff you can see it on my youtube: YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.. Given the impending doom of the show, and my need for stress release through my 'art' I am looking for other shows to vid, which is how I found all you wonderful people!! | Welcome Nik Happy you joined us. I’m an active vidder myself ^^ and I began with lots of Everwood vids though now, with the lack of episodes  , I tend to diversify a lot. I’ll certainly look into your vids later. | I've been around for awhile and have been remiss about introducing myself. So ... Name: Mary Ann Location: Chicago, IL Age: As old as my tongue and a bit older than my teeth. And from reading other posts in this thread quite a bit older than most of you. Fan of Everwood since: The beginning. Favorite Everwood Character: It changes depending on the episode and my mood, but if I had to pick one it would be Edna. How can you not love a woman with lines like this: Edna: Guess it finally fell out. Irv: What did? Edna: That stick up his ass. I love Everwood because: Great writing, actors, storylines. Maybe because I have always lived in a big city I love watching shows about life in small towns. Usually I'm drawn to shows, movies, books, plays, etc. because the characters draw me in and take me to "their place." Other shows addiction: Currently Brothers & Sisters and Medium. I don't know what I'd do without my The West Wing DVDs. I used to love Gilmore Girls, but not so much anymore. Friday Night Lights is really good, but not appointment TV for me. Ships (Everwood and other shows): Andy/Harold. I love the way they bicker like they've been married for 50 years. What you need to know about me: Currently most of my time is spent with my almost 4-year-old grandson. (I have temporary custody.) I'm a retired librarian. (Early retirement ... I'm not quite that old.) Pretty boring, but I can't think of anything else right now. | |||
