I am okay, just tired, but that is part due to my medications and the other part is my insomnia.

I can't take anything for it. I have a very messed up body chemistry and with my new medical condition, I have to be very careful of what medicine I take. That's why I am in talk therapy, I can't take anything for my depression, anxiety, or panic attacks. I don't want to end up in the hospital again.

I've had insomnia since 2003 when I was struck by the car and in the hospital. The nurses would wake me up every hour on the hour at night, but let me sleep during the day.
