I do prefer almonds to walnuts because my sister has a severe walnut allergy and I'm afraid to even try walnuts because we shared so many allergies as children. I'm playing it like I have the allergy too. LOL

TPBM includes nuts in their diet fairly regularly.

I just purchased all new kitchen appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher!)

I am taking a vacation in April. Just booked my flight to Florida.

Nah. Mostly medium, but sometimes really cooked (for example meat should be really grilled
