Michelle I did not watch the game last night because I am saving my Internet fast GBits that I paid additionally. I still have to go till 14th July with those so I am careful to not generate too much traffic.

This World Cup has been a bit underwhelming for multiple reasons. Not even caring that there's no games until Friday.

Why do you feel this way? Is it the fact that a lot of favorites are out or you don't like the quality you get from the games?

Initially I thought it was because the USMNT isn't it. Honestly, that's not it even if, sure, I wanted them to make it. But if anything, I've been able to just relax and watch the games and it's kind of refreshing this go around not having to be emotionally involved. As you know I've watched every, single game too because I love the game, I played the game. So if it was just about the USMNT I wouldn't take out the time to watch and comment on every, single game.

I believe the quality is down some. I can only count on one hand the really entertaining matches so far. Maybe the setting/location, too? Typically they talk a lot about the host country of international tournaments and we haven't gotten anything of the sort during this World Cup, or at least on FOX. The fans don't seem into it like they have been in the past. It's really strange. I remember past World Cups with the fans so loud you could get a headache. You're not remotely experiencing the passion like World Cups of the past.

So I think a few factors are involved.

Nice interview with Serena after her match. Motherhood has changed her. She's so calm and peaceful now.

I can't believe how many top seeds on the women's side are out! It's incredible.
