The weird thing about him is he didn't have a bad history at Hogwarts. Sure, he was considered a follower and adored Sirius, especially, but he wasn't bullied or anything. It makes his motivation for siding with, following Voldemort all the more bizarre. Wish we understood why he went there. It doesn't make any sense. The only thing I credit him for was his hesitation to kill Harry. It cost him his life. Otherwise, there's not enough background on him to really feel sorry for him, you know?

There really isn't. Sirius for all of his flaws, would have never betrayed James and Lily like that

Such a great point. There was love and loyalty. Peter was just an odd one. I guess maybe he was considered the follower/weak one out of the bunch so he was attracted to the so called Dark Power of Voldemort maybe? Still, to betray your friends and essentially be responsible for the deaths of James/Lily, and Sirius being tortured in prison... so criminally wrong. His fate was earned.

That was such a powerful moment.

I hated that Sirius died but it kind of made sense too. I don't think the guy would have ever been truly at peace without being reunited with James and Lily if that makes sense. Like, that was his true happiness... literally passing on and being with them. That's why Lupin's death didn't bother me minus Lupin/Tonks having to leave their child (but he'd be well taken care of). It just seemed fitting that James/Sirius/Lupin all reunited. You know?
