Oh they were together in the books? Interesting! It's weird to say because Nina is a large part of the show but half the reason why I never attempted to watch was due to the trainwreck known as DE. Now that hopefully that ship will be done (unless Nina filmed some DE series finale scenes ahead of time that will be inserted in there when the time is appropriate), it has me curious to see how it all concludes.

They remind me of two immature high school boys. Why Paul would get involved I am not sure.

I also read that Ian got caught putting a favorite or whatever to one of Nina's pictures or something so he got embarrassed and claimed someone hacked into his account. Right. LOL

Ian favourited Nina's post about her upcoming photo shoot. I didn't think it was a big deal. Yes, some people were joking about it because she's basically in lingerie and they don't really interact anymore. But whatever, they still do romance scenes! IMO it is highly unlikely that someone would hack his account and only favourite one tweet. A hacker would get access to his DMs, send embarrassing DMs/tweets pretending to be him, or at the very least RT things to get more attention. But no, just 1 favourite. It's 99.9% more probable that Ian favourited the pic because he liked it, or just by accident while scrolling through his timeline. Maybe he thought his favourites were private and people wouldn't notice. But the whole fandom exploded when all his favourites were deleted. And then the hacking tweet made it even worse because it such an unlikely story. We hacked Ian Somerhalder trended worldwide pretty much all day and people still have their usernames changed to #hacked. The fandom basically roasted him all day Friday. So there was no way he would ever spend the weekend with Nina after that. I don't think he'll ever mention her on social media again after all that.

See THIS is why co-stars should never date! LOL

^^ Definitely. What I don't understand is how they didn't care if this exchange floated around like it obviously did... especially on Paul's end. I mean, it's one thing to joke with a buddy about a relationship that went south but quite another to exchange words you know stand a good chance to circulate all over the internet.
