[The Crow]

So, I went into Jumanji not expecting much, but it turned out to be a fun little movie. It didn't require any mental heavy lifting, but it was amusing, and I didn't feel like I wanted my money back at the end. The Rock was The Rock. Kevin Hart was Kevin Hart, and Jack Black wasn't as annoying as I usually find him. Karen Gillan was good (and looked amazing) as Ruby Roundhouse, Killer of Men, and everyone seemed to be having fun with their roles, which was nice. The movie poked fun at video game tropes (like the female characters being unnecessarily scantily clad) which added another layer of humor for gamers. All in all, I liked it, and since I have three nieces, I got to watch it twice in the past week.

Nice analysis. I didn't realize Karen was in this movie. Makes me motivated to see it all the more. Glad you enjoyed the movie!

You're welcome. Can't wait until Supergirl and The Flash return! I adore Melissa as Kara. She's just so great. Barry, I am wondering how on earth they're going to get him out of his situation. I guess the comics had a version of what's going on so we'll see if it follows the comics some.

It's been more fun than angsty in the past year, and I'm definitely going to watch the first episode back because it has Constantine in it.

Deep down I've always felt like I would enjoy the show since I love time travel and just how it's set up. I do love Caity as Sara and hope in the future we see Sara/Alex 2.0.
