A few other statistics:

The Everwood board ranked 21 out of 206 Boards here and it was Number 3 out of 31 Boards in the TV Shows: Past Category. That's an incredible accomplishment.

When moderators approach me to close their boards one of the reasons they give is "the show's over so there's nothing new to talk about." Well, this board shows that reason is completely invalid when you have dedicated moderators and posters like this board does. I wish every board had the caliber of posters and moderators that this board has.

Incredible! Yes, boards are only as good as the leaders of those boards. It's all about leadership, developing a little community together. Things can go south really fast too when it's not working. But if you have a core, you will sustain together.

We do have a great core, but we are nowhere without loyal posters. This is evident when seeing boards dropping like flies because their only posters are moderators.

True . Though I believe that Michelle does not need a lot of posters to maintain conversation. She is that good! Having her as a moderator almost always insures good results.
