Thanks for the new thread Michelle.
I've been really impressed with the people that Biden is picking for his cabinet. Not a business crony or family member in sight! It's going to be so nice to have capable and qualified people running the country again. __________________

Funny how that works... Nepotism is nowhere to be found.
Yes, it feels so good. I am also impressed with all of his picks. Intuitively, I feel so optimistic, calm, and at peace when thinking about the future. It is going to be so different, good different. The Energy will flow and without so much negativity and darkness. You know when you are sick with a fever and you feel the worst just before you start feeling significantly better? Not a coincidence in the US Covid is the worst ever right now. We are in that end of the illness stage right now... feels really bad but once this time period eases, there will be light and a feeling of peace, serenity, and joy. We just need to get through this last stretch, and then the darkness and everything attached to Trump lifts. The light is almost here. |

I also keep hearing Here Comes The Sun. Could be thinking of John Lennon’s passing today, but I also think it’s about what is to come. My mom could be making me think of this song. The song and lyrics are so fitting: |

Here's more proof that Trump doesn't care about anyone but himself. Geraldo Rivera, who is of his sycophants at Fox News, said that Trump won't speak to him now that he said that Biden won the election, and yet, Rivera is still falsely claiming that Trump did a lot to fight this pandemic:

Thanks for the new thread. I, too, have been feeling more at peace with the transition of power that is coming.
I am pretty anxious since I just saw some articles say some elected officials in TX, PA, etc. are trying to contest the results. Hoping nothing comes of it and January isn't the mess I'm predicting it might be (like a Friends episode, The One Where We All Hold Our Breath ) __________________

This puts this pandemic into perspective:

There is some good news though. Trump's blatant attempt to stack the Supreme Court has failed so far, as the Supreme Court dismissed Trump's allies' challenge to the Pennsylvania election: https://news.yahoo.com/supreme-court...215024516.html __________________

Yes, I saw this headline on Twitter:
Texas AG sues over election results in four battleground states Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to block Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania from voting in the Electoral College. Experts say there is no evidence of widespread fraud in the 2020 election. Photo via @TexasTribune This is way over my head. I don't understand how a Texas Attorney General has any power to go after four states not named Texas. This is bizarre. Geraldo Rivera lost his mind a long time ago. |
