Yes she does, but she mostly sleeps during the day and she gets up when I eat lunch, and then she goes back to sleep! She has a hard, hard life! I'm taking her to get her teeth cleaned and her shots next Thursday as I'll be working from home that day.

It starts getting cooler in late October. It's basically (relatively) cool here in November until April. It starts getting hot again in May, and it stays hot pretty much through October.

Such a tough life. I think I can feel Buddy’s extreme happiness and excitement when it’s around 6 AM and he knows he gets to sleep all morning and afternoon long (minus a couple brief breaks).

Awe... Do you drop Goldie off in the morning and then pick her up later?

At least you get some cooler weather. What would you say is your favorite month of the year?

Yes, as she's there until the afternoon when we get her teeth cleaned.

I would say March, because the weather is beautiful and the bluebonnets are out.

I also love when he starts bothering me for his meals. He has a process. LOL. He tries to communicate with his eyes. If that does't work, he will try to sit as close to me (even on top of me) as he can. If that doesn't work, he starts growling in a very "tame" but slow and low way. If that doesn't work the growling increases. If that doesn't work it's not holding back with big time barking and begging.

Right. Same with Buddy. I get so nervous over these situations. I shouldn't but I do. Does the vet call you when the cleaning is completed to let you know she's doing okay?

I completely understand why you would be nervous. Yes, my vet does call when she's coming out of anesthesia.

October, because the weather is perfect and the leaves are changing color.

My work computer wouldn't boot up (it finally did with help of a remote support person) so I was out of commission most of the day.

My boss called four times.

I'm done. Now I can start enjoying my weekend.

We have workshops starting aug. 26. But school starts after Labor Day.

Sounds so great. Last time I was there (with a horrible person as you know) it was last week in August. Still kind of hot but you could tell Fall was not too far away.

Oh that sucks. Did you get all your work done or more work this weekend?

You are a saint, Jerry. I have no idea how you put up with him. I am nice to everyone and rarely blow up, but there's no way I could deal with him daily like you do.

I'll have to do some work this weekend.

I had to keep telling him that my computer was down and I couldn't do anything, but he didn't seem to get it. He finally gave up.

We're going to a birthday party for one of my neighbors tomorrow night. It's at a restaurant.
