True Daisy, you were mentioning the Gilmore Girls premiere in the last thread.. Oh man, I'm with you, it was amazing and Luke/Lorelai were beautiful, just beautiful. Luke, without hesitation, saying yes to Lorelai. :sigh: Whenever he pulled her in for that kiss I almost fell to the floor due to excitement and happiness. One of the best L/L moments, ever. Their chemistry was scorching.. :love:

And, Lauren Graham was DEVASTATING tonight. Her breakdown in Rory's room. Amazing. She's an acting miracle, is what she is.

I am so excited for this season! I'm also with you about being indifferent to Logan/Rory. I did have a soft spot for Rory/Jess, however. But, since day 1, my love is all about Luke/Lorelai. Always has been and always will be. This couple is one of a kind. Love them. :D

I barely have words to describe how amazing this pairing really is. Their chemistry is off the charts, their history together, the bantering/bickering, THEY ARE JUST PERFECT for each other. :D

And yeah, True Daisy, I don't know of a Rory right now, either. I couldn't believe how naive she was to think that Lorelai was going to crawl right back and bow at her feet. Did Rory really think that Lorelai was going to allow her to make the ridiculous choice of moving in with Richard/Emily, thus, turn her back on her own mother, AND this would all be okay because Lorelai was going to be okay with it all and be there for her at court, etc? I couldn't believe how naive Rory was to think that her mother would immediately forgive and forget. Rory needs tough love. She needs to spend a good amount of time without her mother to realize how much hell it would be to have Lorelai out of her life for good. Rory was already starting to understand this, as she was literally pining for Lorelai the entire episode.

And that ridiculous party that was thrown for Rory, almost lessening and laughing at the fact that Rory and Logan committed a felony? I was very unimpressed by that scene. Lame.

I agree. I was completely disgusted with Rory. I mean does she not understand that her actions have consequences too therefor she must deal with it.. If she wants to be an adult she has to be treated like one. and Logan omg what a loser....

anyway yes E/A made love in like 6 episode i think called the reflex... it was sweet and romantic.

Yes, E/A slept together for the first time at the Abbott family cabin, in 3.09, The Reflex. It was a wonderful episode. One of the very best E/A episodes of the entire series. :)

Totally. Rory claims that she wants to be an adult but yet, wants to hide behind her grandparents and let them clean up her mess if Lorelai won't. You're right, she has no clue that her actions have consequences. Yep, she claims that she wants to be an adult but she is exhibiting every sign of NOT being ready to be treated or considered an adult. And Logan, yeah, what a disappointment. I know he cares about her, but his influence on her has not been the greatest thing since day 1. It's about the rich people that think they're invisible and above everything. Logan and Rory breaking into the Yale cafeteria, Logan taking that nik nak at Richard and Emily's and on top of that, Lorelai seeing him pull that stunt, and the infamous boat steadling incident between Logan and Rory. Do you think if Rory were still with either Dean or Jess, she would have stolen a boat? Even with all of Jess's problems, he kept them internal. Rory wasn't influenced directly by his problems. She didn't become a different person around him. This season, and the end of season 5, Rory is barely recognizable.

Sorry to all non-Gilmore Girls fans for going so OT.. It's just, the board has been so slow lately, I'm allowing the OT stuff right now. :)

I agree michelle... I like her with jesse because Jesse woulndt have just let drop out of school the way she did. he actually would of talked her out of it more than anything.
