I got it the other day. I love the soundtrack! Treat's song is so pretty, and I cried when I first listened to the "Shaving Colin's Head" song. And the ones by Jason Mraz and Jars of Clay are so awesome.

Glad you got it, Janelle. Yeah, isn't Treat's song great? He has such a good voice. The entire soundtrack is so awesome. I can literally pop it in my CD player in my car and play it from start to finish and love every minute of it.

On a slightly different note, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could DL the song "Walk With Me" by Seven and the Sun. This song is from the Pilot episode, in the first shot of Ephram at the high school. At least on the DVD it is, lol! If anyone has this song SLed and could send it to me, or knew where I could DL it, it'd be VERY much appreciated!

Hey Ashley, I just checked iTunes and you can download it from there. Only 99 cents. If only that game was still going on. You know, with the Pepsi-Cola drinks where you could get a free song off iTunes. Sadly, it ended on the day of Everwood's season finale. Had you asked, like on Saturday, I could have gotten that song with my caps.

I figured this would be the place to discuss general music played on the show, and I found this tidbit at The Watercooler that summed up how the finale's music affected me:

Cue the sensitive Natalie Merchant "My Beloved Wife" tune over an image of a distraught Harold Abbot praying in the toilet while Andy slices and dices that terrible tumor and the weepy waterworks start flowing for this Everwood fan and don't stop until after the show returns from the commercial break.

I pretty much fell apart after that. What a great opening.

The music on this show rarely disappoints and Blake Neely is an incredible scorer. I will always love S2's Blind Faith for "At Last". I think that was one scene that connected E/A and E/M fans because it was really beautiful for both ships. The music really drives the show along with the great performances and I'm looking forward to owning the soundtrack too. That is, if I can ever find it in my small town.

I debated for a long time getting the soundtrack also, but after the season 3 finale, I went out and bought it. It was worth it. They put the best songs in the finales of Everwood. Season 1 had "Cathedrals" by Jump Little Children, and season 3 had "My Beloved Wife" by Natalie Merchant. I absolutely love these songs. They were just right for the finales.

Yeah, as soon as I get some money -and am able to keep it longer than a few days- I'll try and pick it up. Ya know, I thin they should make CD's at the end of each season. Like 'Season 1 soundtrack' or 'Season 2 soundtrack'. That'd be totally cool and we'd get more Everwood songs
