Is this his last or how many terms can they have?
I really have to read up on Canadian politics more, and the structure of the government. I've always wanted to. I am going to read up.

There is no limit. Terms are based on winning elections and how long the party keeps as leader. Usually if a sitting prime minister loses an election badly they step down. The structure is similar to the British system. It's a commonwealth country so it technically still has the head of state. New Zealand and Australia are the same. So it would be like if there were no presidential elections and whoever won the house would lead the country.
