A minority government was declared. The Conservative Leader is basically a mini trump and he lost. They lost some seats, but still retain a decent minority government.

They still have the most seats. They will have to go further left in order to get things passed, but the government won’t last long. It’s basically a second chance to make up for the mistakes the Trudeau liberals have made. At this point anything is better than the fascist conservatives.
