Yeah we do, but it's no where as bad as it is in US. We do have an bit of racism, but it's worse in some parts of the country than others (same with homophobia)

That's kind of like how it is here too. Racism is way worse in certain areas. Still, when I think of racism globally, I feel like Europe has a ton of racism, too. It's everywhere but soccer and racism is so bad in Europe it makes my head spin and my stomach turn. I can't even watch professional soccer overseas because every other minute there's a horrible racist moment. Racism is just gross. It hurts my heart to think about how bad it still is.

I've heard it's very bad when it comes to sport over there. What parts of the US is it worse in?

Definitely.

I found this list: https://www.thetoptens.com/most-racists-states-us/

I guess you can say the more conservative the state, the potential for racism increases. This list kind of goes with that sentiment. Many Southern states lead the list.
