The roads are concerning.
I cannot believe how bad they are. See they were icy BEFORE we were dumped with tons of snow. It's also coming down so hard it's like a white out. What should have taken Sara and I 7ish minutes to get home from high school took about 40 minutes. My family have to drive home in this too. Thankfully my dad listened to me and left earlier. He's on a hwy going about an inch every few minutes but at least he didn't wait until 5. My sister and brother-in-law thankfully drove together today but they haven't left Minneapolis yet. It will take them about three hours to get home. I don't remember when the roads were ever this bad before. |

My dad has been driving for 2 hours and it’s probably going to take him about 1 1/2 hours to get home.
Sister and brother-in-law have not even left my sister’s work yet. Well, my brother-in-law is still at his work and hasn’t picked my sister up yet. They probably will not be home untill like 8/9 tonight. And my sister has to be back at work around 4 AM. |
