Exactly! It was supposed to end at Season 6, that's how long the actors were contracted as. But with the ratings SO HIGH, they got renewed for a Season 7 halfway through Season 6.

But of course a last season of a beloved show would have major ratings because people want to see how it ends. Duh!

Yep, you can tell that the season 6 finale as an series finale of course and honestly, what did the final 3 seasons add to the show?

So true, Patricia. He didn’t care about anything but money and future success. His secret was kept silent as well. He probably thought he’d skate when it didn’t initially come out shortly after the series ended. Not so fast, Mark.

so I'm almost done with season 7. I love Clay Katie really does remind me of Clay/Sara.
