I always found this scene so telling. During all the fights he had with Brooke, he was like a numb zombie. He looked defeated, he had no anger or emotion when he thought he was losing her. It was all about defeat and acceptance because deep down he knew they were never working out. With Lindsey he tried to fake it a bit more but overall he never showed any passion towards Brooke or Lindsey. It was always about Peyton. They are not even together here and he’s so filled with passion.
